Hi
everybody, I am full of toxins, and chances are you are too. Even
though I eat pretty healthy, I have not been fasting to help release
toxins from my body. On top of it, I have been experiencing lots of
stress in my life, which cause toxins. I have always been so busy to be
able to investigate and learn more about toxins. I knew a little bit,
however, just recently I got sick from the flu. And I just could not
get myself better. I did everything perfect, but I stayed sick. After 2
weeks, I started to fast with just water. I felt myself slowly getting
better. By the third day, I still felt the sickness in me, so I
continued with the fast because I knew I had to get whatever toxins were
in me, out of me. However,I had errands I had to run to hold the fort
down in my home. I am a single parent with responsibilities.
And so, I
began drinking just fruit smoothies, turning my fast into a fruit
fast. This helped to give me a little energy to get done the things I
needed to get done, while at the same time releasing some toxins. Now, fasting can be difficult to fit into a busy schedule. However, getting
sick takes more time in the long run, and so, controlling the toxins in
our lives is important.
