Detoxing With Fruit Smoothies

Hi everybody,  I am full of toxins, and chances are you are too.  Even though I eat pretty healthy, I have not been fasting to help release toxins from my body.  On top of it, I have been experiencing lots of stress in my life, which cause toxins.  I have always been so busy to be able to investigate and learn more about toxins.  I knew a little bit, however, just recently I got sick from the flu.  And I just could not get myself better.  I did everything perfect, but I stayed sick.  After 2 weeks, I started to fast with just water.  I felt myself slowly getting better.  By the third day, I still felt the sickness in me, so I continued with the fast because I knew I had to get whatever toxins were in me, out of me.  However,I had errands I had to run to hold the fort down in my home.  I am a single parent with responsibilities.

Whacked Out Emotions Can Cause Binge Eating and/or Obesity


Emotions have a lot to do with one’s weight.  Learning to face emotions and deal with them on a healthy level is important to one losing weight.  Undealt with emotions can keep you fat.  And as you seek to lose weight, undealt with emotions can hinder your having control over your habits.  And so, getting in tune with how you feel at the moment, and processing those feelings are important for one to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight.

Weight Loss and Relationships



I would like to counsel women on relationships and weight loss.  I would like to help them gain perspective on their relationships, and how to improve them.  I seem to have some good insight.  I would like to also help them to lose weight, and have self-confidence.  I have gone through so much, and have passed through it.  I have always told people that, whatever you are going through, by being patient and getting through it, you will then be able to help others going through the same thing.  It is called wisdom from living.  I would like to share my wisdom with others.  Yes, I know every situation is different, but helping others get through trials, and knowing how to get through them is a life strategy that people need to learn and share.  It makes life so much easier to bare and get through hard times.  I am lending out a helping hand.  Please comment with any relationship or weight loss issue you may have, many times they go hand in hand.  I would like to help you in any way I can, and maybe others on this site can give their perspective and experience that may be of help to you also.  Following are two comforting verses relating to seeking counsel.  

“Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,” (Romans 12:2).  Through gaining knowledge and perspective on a situation, you can better know how to approach and deal with a problem or situation.  I feel our minds can be renewed through seeking the insight from others who have passed through to the other side.  In other words, they have already overcome the obstacle, so they can give you pointers.  We make our own decisions because, we best know what is going on in our situation, but being open to get counsel from others who we trust the opinion of can be helpful.  It can help us understand the situation or problem better, to be better deal with it. 

"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee," (Isaiah 26:3).  God is our best counselor.  He loves us more than anyone else can, and so seeking to understand His leading and guidance is the best.  He can give us peace and comfort like no other human can.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition California State University, Northridge. I also attended Weimar College, which has a lifestyle changing program called New Start. At this college, I learned how to help people change their habits so that they can have healthier lifestyles.  In addition, I finished a Master degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Healthcare.

I personally have overcome depression, emotional eating, and being overweight. From my education and life experiences, I have developed a weight loss program that works. It also includes overcoming depression and emotional eating, depending on what you need help with.  The program is called SURF'N EAT Weight Loss.  Don't let the name fool you, the SURF'N EAT Weight Loss Program is not about surfing.  It is for anyone who wants to lose weight.  It is about having healthy & lasting weight loss results, through developing healthy, lifestyle habits.

Sometimes we get in ruts in life and need a nudge to get over the hump, and back on the track of living.  That is what my program is  here for, to get you back on the track of living and enjoying life to its fullest.  Being healthy (mentally, physically, emotionally, & spiritually), will lead you to being beautiful, inside and out.  And that includes being at your ideal weight.
