Hello all girls who want to have control of your weight. I want to
share with you my secrets to losing weight and keeping weight off. That is, what has worked for
me. (Please always seek the advice of a physician if you have health
issues beyond this scope.) First, I set baby
step goals. In other words you set small goals, and you get back on
the track even if you fall off. Go towards the goal no matter how many
times you fumble. And realizing that fumbling is part of the process. Second,
why did you fumble or fail to do the baby steps that you set? What
were your feelings at the time? What things in life got in the way? Get
in tune with the big picture of your life and your feelings and slowly
process them, so that you can get pass them and be stronger in going
towards your goal of having control of your weight. That is, losing
unwanted pounds, or maintaining your ideal weight.
